WHY
CHOOSE THE MADA ?
Discovery shrimp
Responsible fishing

Freshness preservation
Rare product
The Mada’s first attraction is its flesh: firm, crisp and fleshy, with its freshness intact thanks to on-board freezing. Then it reveals what really sets it apart: a deep iodized flavor, long on the palate, delicately saline, almost mineral.

THE SHRIMP
FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS
Served simply grilled or worked into ceviche, it imposes its signature. Every time you taste it, it’s obvious: you’ve never tasted a shrimp like this one, with its typical, pronounced taste.
Mada is a natural choice for special occasions. Weddings, gourmet dinners, special events… it becomes the center of attention.
Its rarity, nobility and unique taste make it the perfect ingredient to make a lasting impression.

QUESTIONS

La Mada is a rare species, fished in a pure environment, with a firmer texture and a much stronger iodized taste than standardized shrimp.
What's the difference between farmed and wild shrimp?
La Mada is a wild shrimp, meaning that it is caught in its natural environment, not raised in tanks.

Yes, La Mada is fished in a responsible manner, respecting marine cycles and local ecosystems, and respecting the biological stop: fishing is halted for 3 months to encourage reproduction.
